    Unopened and in their original packaging.

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at support@cutetotz.com with a valid photograph of the defective product.

3. Return Process

  • Pack the Item: Carefully place the product in its original packaging, including any accessories or documents that came with it.
  • Shipping: Return the item to the address provided by our customer service team. Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item unless the return is due to an error on our part.

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria.
  • If approved, we’ll process your refund within 7-10 business days.
  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  • Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
